Median Sale Price: The median sale price for single-family homes is $390,990, showing a slight increase of 0.7% MoM but a decrease of 3.7% YoY. This indicates a potential opportunity for buyers to enter the market at a more favorable price point compared to last year.


Median List Price: At $449,900, the list price has increased by 4.8% MoM and 12.2% YoY. Sellers can take advantage of this upward trend to maximize their returns.


Homes Sold: With 1,098 homes sold, there's a significant increase of 14.4% MoM and 9.9% YoY, highlighting strong buyer activity and demand in the area.


Inventory and Supply: The inventory stands at 3,567 homes, with a stable supply of 3.2 months. This balanced market condition suggests a healthy environment for both buyers and sellers.


Median Days on Market: Homes are selling faster, with a median of 41 days on the market, down 18 days MoM. Sellers can expect quicker transactions, while buyers should be prepared to act swiftly.
